Gatlin Boulevard runs across the south side of the city, from the US-1 and river side toward I-95. Becker Road is the next major east-west road to the south, tying the same direction of travel toward Tradition. Because this is a corridor, two houses a mile apart can have completely different patios, associations, and wind exposure. The address matters more than the road name.
