Tradition and Torino are the southern master-planned sections. St. Lucie West, River Park, and Sandpiper Bay are established communities. Gatlin Boulevard and Becker Road are the corridor, not a single subdivision. The process is on pergola installation.
- Tradition
Tradition is a master-planned community in southern Port St. Lucie. Lots are planned, and an architectural review usually comes before a new structure goes up.
- St. Lucie West
St. Lucie West is the established western side of Port St. Lucie, with golf-course edges, pool decks, and association rules that predate the newer southern communities.
- River Park
River Park is a residential part of Port St. Lucie oriented toward the St. Lucie River. Yards here are established, and shade is usually added to a patio that is already in use.
- Torino
Torino is a residential section in the Tradition area of southern Port St. Lucie. The yards are planned, and the association review is part of getting a structure approved.
- Sandpiper Bay
Sandpiper Bay is a golf-course community in Port St. Lucie. Shade here has to fit the lot, the pool, and the rules that come with the course.
- Gatlin and Becker Road
Gatlin Boulevard and Becker Road are the southern east-west corridors of Port St. Lucie. This page is that stretch of neighborhoods, not a single subdivision.
